Departamento ng Kapaligiran ng San Francisco  (San Francisco Department of the Environment)

Sustainable Commuting

During the COVID-19 pandemic, public transportation systems have made necessary service reductions that have impacted essential workers commuting to and within San Francisco. To support the needs of essential workers, the Department of the Environment has launched the Essential Worker Ride Home to provide a reliable and safe ride home after work for essential employees, helping to fill the gap left by reductions in public transportation services. To learn more about program eligibility and how to apply, visit the Essential Worker Ride Home webpage.

No matter where you live or work, you can enjoy the benefits of economical, healthy, and green transportation. The key is finding which option (or combination of options) works for you to get to work, the grocery store, or a special event.
